Estate Planning and Minor Home Repair
This summer WND received home repair funds and launched “Keep it in the Family”, an estate planning and minor home repair program offered in partnership with the Villages CDC and Sinai Grace Guild CDC. Eligible residents must be at least 55 years old and earn no more than $56,560 a year (80% Area Median Income).

Energy Efficient Appliances and Home Upgrades
The DTE Energy Efficiency Assistance (EEA) Program provides eligible clients with free energy efficiency appliances and upgrades to their homes. To learn more about the program click here .
