Woodbridge is a historic neighborhood with a diverse group of committed residents.
We are Woodbridge Neighborhood Development.
The WNDC was established in 2002 as a nonprofit community improvement organization that addressed the housing and development needs of the neighborhood with a particular focus on the physical redevelopment of Woodbridge.
Over the years, the organization has evolved to focus not only on keeping Woodbridge eclectic and affordable, but also physically and socially active by encouraging connectedness through development and engagement. WND envisions a new future for neighborhood development, one that gives every resident a voice in development and programs that work best for their neighborhood.
WND brings neighbors together to plan and execute neighborhood priorities. Development, to us, means creating the connections, resources, programs, and partnerships that keep Woodbridge physically and socially connected.
Gifts to Woodbridge Neighborhood Development help us serve the neighborhood through new and renovated housing, infrastructure improvements, park and community programing, and public advocacy. Donations are tax-deductible.
Woodbridge Neighborhood Development is a tax-exempt Michigan nonprofit corporation as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN # 52-2419407.
